Experience in production support, user management, and telephony issue resolution
Ability to work on enhancements and bug fixes
Exposure to AI-driven telephony solutions, innovation initiatives, and POCs is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Support and maintain Amazon Connect & Salesforce integration
Resolve production, telephony, and user-related issues
Develop and implement enhancement requests
Contribute to innovation initiatives and AI-enabled contact center solutions
