Job Description
Carry out production activities safely and as per company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures to achieve the daily production plan.



Ensure products are manufactured according to GMP standards while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure raw materials are available for daily production as per the production plan.
Operate, clean, and maintain production and utility equipment as assigned.
Follow GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Monitor and maintain process parameters as per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Execute the production plan and achieve daily production targets.
Use manpower, equipment, utilities, raw materials, and power efficiently.
Issue and control intermediates during production.
Maintain cleanliness and valuable housekeeping in the production area.
Complete production and cleaning records accurately and on time.
Identify and resolve basic equipment and process issues and report major problems when required.
