Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven Luxury Consultants who can advise high-net-worth clients on premium real estate investments. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it focuses on building long-term relationships, understanding client aspirations, and delivering exceptional advisory experiences in the luxury residential market.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family offices, CXOs, and premium investors.




Understand client requirements and recommend luxury residential properties that match their lifestyle and investment objectives.
Conduct property presentations, private previews, and site visits for premium projects.
Guide clients through the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to property booking and post-sales coordination.
Collaborate with leading developers to provide clients with exclusive inventory and investment opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Represent Estates professionally during networking events, developer launches, and industry engagements.
Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, premium developer sales, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship management.
