Job Purpose: The IDAM Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IDAM) program. This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining identity management systems and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of user identities, authentication, and authorization processes.
The IDAM Specialist will work to ensure that only authorized users have appropriate access to the organization's systems and data, while supporting efforts to improve and optimize the identity management processes.

Identity Lifecycle Management
Support the administration of identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning policies, and workflows across applications and systems.
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of user identities and associated access rights across the enterprise.
Authentication And Authorization Management
Implement and manage authentication mechanisms such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and other access controls.
Assist with configuring and managing federated identity management solutions
