Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the development of gateway ground infrastructure across the Americas. This role manages gateway site development from the early site-acquisition phase through contract award, infrastructure implementation, and formal handover to the internal delivery team, working closely with hosting partners, infrastructure vendors, local authorities, and cross-functional internal teams. This is a highly field-oriented position requiring frequent travel and regular on-site inspections throughout the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the identification, evaluation,



and acquisition of gateway sites across the assigned region, including site surveys to assess technical, operational, regulatory, and infrastructure suitability.
Lead commercial and technical discussions with hosting partners, landowners, and infrastructure vendors, maintaining solid working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage regional RFP processes, including requirements development, bidder coordination, proposal evaluation, and support for contract negotiations.
Conduct vendor due diligence and support the qualification, shortlisting, and selection of hosting and infrastructure partners.
Manage zoning, planning, environmental, construction, and other permitting activities, representing the company in discussions with municipalities, regulators, and utilities.
