Cambrian Bioworks is seeking an Application Scientist I to drive growth in Sales Volume across product verticals and market segments. Cambrian Bioworks builds technologies that simplify diagnostics and life science research.

Responsibility Deliverables

Perform product demonstrations at customer sites
Manage workflow standardisations at customer labs
Troubleshoot and customise workflows to suite customer needs
Work with sales enablement to get order confirmations from customers

Tasks and Activities

Visit customer sites and perform product demonstrations
Manage customer relationships with ongoing support and follow-up
Maintain documentation repository needed for sales presentations




Document experiment data generated during the customer demonstrations with client permissions and approvals for sharing success data
Travel to cover assigned sales zones for new customer development, application demos and customer outreach

Training and Experience

Post graduation/Masters in a Life Science Related Discipline
3 years of Prior Application/R&D;/Lab Experience in Diagnostics, Medical products, Pharma or related Life Science Sales Experience
Positive etiquette in managing written, phone and in-person communications
MS Office and Email
Hands on experience with running complex molecular biology experiments
