Key Duties And Responsibilities Of The Role





Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing fast track loan solutions tailored to their financial needs.
Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to ensure compliance with the bank’s lending policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate banking products.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to facilitate seamless loan processing and disbursal.
Monitor loan performance and proactively address any issues related to repayments or client concerns.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services to enhance client value and bank revenue.
Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio status, client interactions, and market trends for senior management review.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to advis
