Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Snowflake data warehouse structures that support complex analytics workloads and deliver reliable insights for global business stakeholders.
Configure and manage Snowflake admin settings including roles users resource monitors and warehouses to ensure secure productive and compliant data operations across environments.
Develop optimized Snowflake SQL queries and views that improve data retrieval performance while maintaining accuracy and consistency for downstream reporting and data science teams.




Build and maintain DBT core projects that standardize data transformation workflows enforce coding best practices and improve collaboration among data engineering and analytics partners.
Create and refine DBT macros that automate repetitive transformation logic enhance reusability and reduce errors in complex data pipelines across multiple subject areas.
Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs query execution plans and resource usage to minimize downtime and data latency.
Collaborate with product analytics and business teams to translate functional requirements into robust data models and transformation logic that directly enable strategic decision making.
Implement rigorous data quality checks and validation routines within DBT and Snowflake to prevent data inconsistencies and to ensure trustworthy metrics for leadership and operational users.
