Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Developer specializing in SQL data integration and Talend ETL within a hybrid work model and day shift schedule. The developer will design build and optimize data integration workflows that ensure reliable movement and transformation of critical business data. The role focuses on delivering robust solutions that support analytics operational reporting and regulatory needs while maintaining high standards in data quality performance and maintainability. T

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using Talend ETL to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs while ensuring robust performance and maintainability of all developed components.
Develop optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries stored procedures and data transformation logic to ensure accurate consistent and timely delivery of data across multiple business applications.




Analyze business requirements and source system structures to define explicit mapping rules transformation logic and integration patterns that enable efficient and reliable movement of data between systems.
Collaborate with data architects business analysts and application teams in a hybrid work environment to validate data models clarify requirements and ensure end to end alignment of ETL solutions with strategic objectives.
Implement data quality checks validation routines and reconciliation processes within Talend ETL workflows to minimize data defects and provide transparent metrics on data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor scheduled ETL jobs in the day shift identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis on failures or performance issues to restore normal operations and prevent recurrence through durable fixes.
Document technical designs data flow diagrams and operational procedures for ETL jobs and SQL components to support knowledge sharing onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities across the development team.
