Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and close B2B deals for our IT and AI services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, understands consultative selling, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Meet decision-makers including founders, directors, CXOs, colleges, and business owners.
Sell IT services, AI solutions, SaaS products, software development, and digital marketing services.




Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, SaaS sales, software services, advertising sales, or digital marketing sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (very key).
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Basic understanding of software, AI, cloud, or digital marketing services is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Performance Incentive: 10% commission on revenue generated (Above the target)
Monthly Revenue Target: ₹1,00,000
