The Senior Integration Developer plays a critical role in leading complex and multidisciplinary iPaaS integration projects. In this role, you will partner with our consulting team to design, implement, and deploy data-centric solutions for clients across multiple industries and platforms. This position requires deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint and integration architecture, along with the ability to lead solution design discussions, guide project execution, and mentor junior developers.
As a senior technical contributor, you will take ownership of complex integration solutions, facilitate technical discovery with clients, and ensure scalable, maintainable integration architectures. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders while driving best practices in integration design, development, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration and API solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.




Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration architectures and implementation strategies.
Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand system landscapes, integration requirements, and data flows.
Own complex integration solutions from design through deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and implement integration patterns, APIs, middleware components, and orchestration logic using MuleSoft Anypoint middleware.
Analyze source system data and conduct data mapping exercises to support migration and integration initiatives.
Design and implement both real-time and batch integrations across cloud and enterprise systems.
Lead development of custom code and complex functionality using MuleSoft, DataWeave, and supporting technologies.
Develop best practices, reusable integration components, and design patterns for interfaces, APIs, rule engines, and middleware.
