Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs. Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements. Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right setting. Coaches and develops plant staff. Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant. Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain. Manages the community involvement. Drives internal cross-functional interactions.
