We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer who has 12+ years of experience in relevant area to join our European Division. You will be working following Extreme Programming (XP) practices and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications across multiple systems in our tech stack, while driving the modernisation and commercial alignment.



As a technical leader, you'll mentor team members, champion engineering excellence, and work on both greenfield products and system transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do
As a Lead Engineer, you will be a technical specialist within our development team, working on multiple areas of trading and non-trading platforms.

Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable systems.
Build software based on modern architecture and tech stack, while driving the modernisation where needed, making strategic decisions on refactoring, rebuilding, or replacing components.
Champion best practices in software engineering, including clean code, design patterns, and architectural principles.
Evaluate and introduce recent technologies that improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
