Primary Responsibilities

Lead multiple AWS cloud transformation and application delivery projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product, and Business stakeholders
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and delivery execution
Oversee AWS architecture, cloud migration, modernization, and operational excellence initiatives
Track project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery metrics




Establish governance, reporting, and executive-level status communications
Mentor engineering managers, scrum masters, and technical leads to improve team performance and Agile maturity
Partner with business leaders to align technology roadmaps with strategic objectives
