Your next role

Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and stakeholder support.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items,



and maintain reports, presentations, and business records.
Maintain contract trackers, SharePoint (Magellan) sites, organizational charts, and document repositories.
Coordinate leadership meetings, CPO discussions, cross-functional activities, and stakeholder communications.
Manage qualified memberships, licensing records, reimbursement processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver and collect project documents at client offices as required, using personal two wheeler for commuting.
Support office administration tasks, including record keeping, formatting documents, and assisting leaders with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requirements.

Your Skills And Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor’s degree/Graduation is mandatory.
Prior experience in administration and facilities management is essential.
Experience as a Group Coordinator or in a similar rol
