We are currently seeking candidate for Senior / Associate BIM Coordinator position in Bengaluru to represent BH on our ongoing and future projects globally.
This role is suited to a strong Senior/Associate BIM coordinator who will support major building projects across the Middle East, UK, US and other international regions. The successful candidate will lead or coordinate the BIM delivery of complex structural design packages from concept through to detailed design, while also mentoring junior technicians and driving high-quality project delivery.

Your next role
As a Senior BIM Coordinator based in Bengaluru,
your role will be to support the delivery of structural BIM packages for projects across the Middle East, UK, US and other global regions. You will lead the development of 3D models from engineering sketches using tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for clash detection. Working as part of an integrated global team, you will set up, manage and coordinate models and drawings with engineers, BIM teams and other disciplines across different offices, ensuring consistent quality, clear communication and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable collaborating remotely with international project teams while maintaining a robust interest in the built environment.
As a capable Senior BIM Coordinator, we would expect you to be able to demonstrate:
