As a Software Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic development team, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to enhance our flagship system modelling and simulation software, Simcenter Amesim. Simcenter Amesim is a leading platform for 1D simulation of complex dynamic systems. It empowers engineers to model multi-domain physical systems using an extensive library of components across more than 30 physical domains,



including hydraulics, mechanics, thermal, electrical, magnetic, cooling, powertrain, and many more. Your work will directly contribute to a tool that helps our customers innovate faster and design better products.

Key Responsibilities

Innovate and implement new features for both the core platform and the graphical user interface of Simcenter Amesim
Collaborate on evolving the overall software architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Write clean, robust, and highly maintainable C++ code, adhering to best practices and minimizing technical debt
Diagnose and resolve critical issues and internally reported problems efficiently and effectively
Work seamlessly within our globally distributed Agile Scrum team, collaborating with colleagues across India and Europe to align knowledge, improve existing features, maintain the codebase, and co-create groundbreaking new
