Role Description :
This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, set targets, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories and channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies,



managing the sales funnel, and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries. The role will involve meeting prospective clients, understanding their home construction requirements, presenting WeHouse solutions, and negotiating and closing contracts. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial consultation through project handover, while regularly tracking performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
Strong expertise in B2C sales, consultative selling, and key account management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement.
