- Customer Quality / Complaints / Water leak Management.
- Process Control / Regular Audit (4M confirmation)
- Continuous Quality Improvements / Innovation
- Quality 4M Change control
- Effective feedback & measures to Team members
§ Supplier Material Quality Management
- Responsible for Product quality (CF/DFT/OP/Crater)
- Solvent balancing based on weather conditions
- Monitor & Improve Thin paint / Robot Sag / Topcoat material quality issues
§ Overall BIW Quality management
- Monitor & Improve ED Ooze & BIW defects
- Continuous feedback to body shop & Improvement Plan
§ Performance Report management
- KPI / Bi-weekly report management
- Monthly performance report -Paint shop
