Solution Architect / Implementation Lead

About the Role

We are a systems integrator building and scaling our Oracle HCM Cloud practice. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will translate client recruiting and talent-acquisition needs into a well-architected Oracle solution, lead the functional and technical workstreams through each phase of the implementation, and act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders from sales through hypercare.
You will be the single point of accountability for the ORC solution — shaping the design, guiding the configuration, de-risking integrations, and ensuring the delivered system meets business objectives,



adoption targets, and quality standards. You will also mentor consultants on the team and help mature our delivery methodology, accelerators, and reusable assets.

Key Responsibilities

Solution architecture & design
Lead requirements-gathering and design workshops with client HR, talent acquisition, and IT stakeholders; translate business processes into a scalable ORC solution design.
Own the end-to-end solution architecture across ORC — requisitions, candidate selection process (CSP), job offers, candidate experience / career sites (Oracle Recruiting Booster where in scope), interview scheduling, agencies, and recruiting campaigns — and its fit within the broader Oracle Fusion HCM suite (Core HR, Talent, Onboarding).
Produce and own key deliverables: solution design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, integration specifications, security design, and the RAID log.
