Role Summary:
The Sr. Finance Analyst is a critical member of the ITSM Governance team,
specifically tasked with the financial oversight of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external labor contractors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial lifecycle of these partnerships—from validating monthly Resource Unit (RU) consumption to ensure that ADM is receiving the service levels and cost efficiencies defined in our global contracts.
At ADM's scale, even a small percentage of billing leakage in an MSP contract can result in millions of dollars in unnecessary spending. You are the safeguard that ensures our IT partners are performing efficiently, billing accurately, and helping ADM maintain its competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
MSP Financial Governance: Serve as the primary financial liaison between ADM GT, Procurement and our vendors and MSP partners. Validate monthly invoices against contractual rate cards and service delivery reports.
