Position Summary
The Regional HR Manager – India & Asia serves as the primary Human Resources business partner and operational HR leader for employees across India, China, Southeast Asia, and other Asia-Pacific locations (including Australia as business needs evolve). As the sole HR professional supporting the region, this individual is responsible for delivering the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies across multiple countries.
This is a highly hands-on, individual contributor role requiring a proactive, service-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The successful candidate is equally comfortable developing HR solutions, executing day-to-day HR activities, and partnering with business leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees and managers throughout the India and Asia region.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing,



hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Lead recruitment efforts for the region, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
Deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires.
Provide timely coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and employment practices.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple countries within the region, partnering with legal counsel and external providers as needed.
Coordinate with payroll, perks, and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday and other HR systems.
