Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead and grow our enterprise customer base. The role involves managing an enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth, developing key account strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.



The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS/Enterprise sales, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing accounts.
Build and nurture strong CXO/CFO/CHRO level relationships within client organizations to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and report key metrics to senior leadership.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies for enterprise offerings.
