IT Infrastructure Lead
Location: Mumbai
Purpose: The role is responsible for strengthening IT infrastructure delivery through proactive stakeholder management, strategic vendor partnerships, governance discipline, audit readiness and effective IT communication across SPNI. The incumbent will work closely with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership to align expectations, pre-empt escalations, build trust and ensure high adoption of key IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership, Governance and Communication
Build and sustain solid working relationships with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership through a consistent governance cadence.
Align stakeholder expectations, pre-empt escalations and ensure infrastructure delivery remains trusted, visible and business-focused.
Drive structured IT communication across SPNI, including leadership updates, monthly newsletters and change communication for major technology rollouts.




Strengthen vendor and partner management with strategic partners such as Kyndryl/IBM, Okta, Microsoft, SAP, Zscaler and SolarWinds.
Drive SLA discipline, renewal value, commercial effectiveness and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
Develop internal team capability through structured IDPs, certifications, coaching, recognition and focused retention of top talent.
Lead user adoption and awareness initiatives, including phishing and security awareness, Okta MFA onboarding, Windows 11 adoption and M365 Copilot enablement.

Consistent publication of weekly or monthly IT newsletters and leadership updates.
Improved stakeholder alignment and reduced escalations through structured governance cadence.
SLA adherence, commercial value from renewals and effective quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors.
High adoption of IT initiatives such as Okta MFA, Windows 11, M365 Copilot and security awareness programs.
