Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, and professionals responsible for sourcing construction materials in the real estate sector, with a CTC range of ₹5.0–8.0 LPA. The role includes supervising construction activities, monitoring site progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to structural and civil engineering standards.

Daily tasks involve conducting site inspections, implementing quality control measures, verifying material specifications, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. The position also requires sourcing, evaluating,



and negotiating construction materials, tracking inventory, and optimizing cost and timelines. Collaboration with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing reports and documentation, will be a key part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills, with experience managing construction activities and coordinating site operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for working with project teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills, including the ability to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and ensure structural integrity.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field; licensure or skilled certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
- Experience in real estate or infrastructure projects, with exposure to site supervision and material procurement, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, MS Office, and construction-related software; strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to safety, ethical practices, and compliance with local building regulations and company policies.
