Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the professional will identify and qualify potential buyers and investors, present suitable residential and investment properties, and guide clients through site visits, comparisons, and decision-making.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with builders and internal teams,



and supporting clients through documentation, negotiation, and closing.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will also track market trends, participate in promotional activities, and meet or exceed sales targets while providing clear, honest, and client-centric advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and client relationship skills.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends, especially in Bengaluru.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Previous experience in residential real estate or property consulting is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
