Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships.

Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends).

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.

Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures.

Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Assist clients throughout the buying journey—from site visit to closure.





Requirements

Solid communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles.

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.

Willingness to travel within Bangalore.

Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus.

Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
