Aero Villas is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the face of our premium luxury villa project.If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM accurately.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.

Maintain visitor registers, appointment schedules, and daily call logs.





Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams as required.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory).

Friendly, confident, and professional personality.

Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented approach.

Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.

Prior experience in reception, front office, customer service, or real estate is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
