Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on current CTC, experience, and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in developing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, and driving revenue growth. Candidates must have hands-on experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, offline campaigns, channel partners, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and project visibility.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams for lead generation activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and marketing performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales closures.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
