Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for real estate projects.

- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Perform inspections of building materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) to ensure they meet specifications.

- Identify defects or deviations from design intent and recommend solutions.
