Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D; Chemist located in Elkton, MD.
The R&D; Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development of new materials and products, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring quality control. The R&D; Chemist will also analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the technical support team to provide creative solutions.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in Research and Development (R&D;)
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills
Familiarity with Quality Control processes
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a focus on cement technology
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in the construction or waterproofing industry is a plus
