This is a 2-year contract based role, to drive the execution of a major greenfield Oil & Gas infrastructure project in Paradip, Odisha. The project encompasses a Petroleum Oil Terminal and associated Piggable Pipeline Infrastructure. The RCM/Project Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end project processes, including planning, monitoring, and execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing project expediting, managing logistics efficiently, coordinating inspection schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align with project deadlines and deliverables.

Odisha (Site-based / Remote Project Location) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical is preferrable (having knowledge in civil work and constructions will be ideal).

Overall experience of 15-20 years with at least 5 years experience as an RCM/Project Manager with Oil and Gas Project Terminal or equivalent. Knowledge of Inspection procedures and the ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Strong Project Management skills, including schedule planning, resource allocation, and timeline tracking with ability to review project plans, identify gaps, suggest improvements, foresee potential roadblocks to minimise project risks.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage with all stakeholders, like client, Port Authorities, Electricity Dept. Authorities, Pollution Authorities and other government agencies

Experience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of project components.

Proficiency in using engineering (BIM) and office software for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
