About Orgo Naturals Orgo Naturals Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of natural ingredients, specializing in spice extracts, oleoresins, essential oils, natural colours, natural preservatives, seasoning blends, nutraceutical ingredients, and customized ingredient solutions for the global food industry.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D; and QA/QC Executive to strengthen our product development and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities Research & Development

- Develop new formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, product evaluations, and application studies.
- Prepare product specifications, technical data sheets (TDS), and formulation records.
- Coordinate customer sample development and maintain sample records.
- Perform stability and shelf-life studies.
- Support product commercialization and scale-up activities.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials.
- Conduct in-process and finished product quality testing.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and testing records.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and quality documentation.
- Handle CAPA, deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports.
- Maintain ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety documentation.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete R&D;, QA, and QC documentation.




- Prepare regulatory declarations and technical documentation for customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements.
- Support certification audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Graduate /Post graduate in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Fresher/1–5 years of experience in R&D;, QA, or QC within the food ingredients, spice extracts, flavours, seasonings, or nutraceutical industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internships may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI requirements.
- Strong laboratory and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Good understanding of food ingredients, spices, extracts, and natural products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
