We are looking for a skilled RCM Auditor to join our team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and implementing revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, with a strong background in dentistry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct audits of RCM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and financial data.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in RCM operations.
- Provide training and support to staff on RCM policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field,
preferably in the dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of RCM principles and practices, including coding, claims submission, and payment posting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with healthcare professionals at all levels.
