Patient Coordination

· Schedule patient appointments for X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and other radiology procedures.

· Provide clear instructions to patients regarding preparation for procedures.

· Guide patients on billing, registration, and report collection process.

· Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and satisfaction during the process.

Administrative Duties

· Maintain daily appointment schedules and monitor patient flow.

· Assist in documentation, record keeping, and report dispatch.

· Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and nurses for smooth workflow.

· Handle phone calls, emails, and queries related to radiology services.

Quality & Compliance

· Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time.

· Maintain and update radiology registers/logbooks as per NABH/NABL/ISO requirements.

· Assist in audits,



quality checks, and ensure compliance with hospital/diagnostic center policies.

· Ensure patient data privacy and confidentiality.

Support to Radiology Team

· Coordinate availability of radiology staff for shifts.

· Support consultants in arranging necessary investigations and follow-ups.

· Ensure availability of consumables, contrast media, and supplies.

· Assist in handling urgent or emergency radiology requests.

Pay: ₹21,554.45 - ₹35,000.00 per month
