Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantum Engineer role based in Gandhinagar.

The Quantum

Engineer will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of quantum-safe cryptographic protocols, quantum entropy engines, and hardware security modules that integrate with AllSecureX products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing quantum and post-quantum algorithms, collaborating with hardware and software teams on secure system architectures, and participating in performance benchmarking and formal security validation. The role involves creating technical documentation,



supporting integration with customer environments in sectors such as BFSI, telecom, defence, and space, and assisting in proof-of-concept deployments.

The Quantum

Engineer will also stay current with NIST PQC standards, QKD developments, and emerging quantum threats to inform product roadmap and security controls.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in quantum information, quantum computing, and quantum cryptography, with the ability to apply these concepts to practical security solutions.

Experience with classical and post-quantum cryptography (e.g., lattice-based schemes, key encapsulation mechanisms, digital signatures) and secure protocol design.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in cryptography and systems development (such as C/C++, Rust, Python) and familiarity with secure coding practices.

Background in hardware or embedded systems (e.g., FPGA, microcontrollers, hardware security modules, RNG/QRNG design) and low-level system integration.

Skills in algorithm analysis, performance optimization, and formal or empirical security evaluation, including testing and validation in real-world environments.

Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and produce high-quality technical documentation.

Master’s or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
