Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.

- Ensure compliance with IS standards, customer specifications, and ISO 9001 requirements.

- Monitor incoming raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product quality.

- Ensure testing and compliance for GI Wire, Stay Wire, Earth Wire, Barbed Wire, and Chain Link products.

- Analyze quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Reduce customer complaints, internal rejections, and process variations.

- Manage laboratory operations, testing equipment, and calibration schedules.

- Coordinate customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.

- Prepare and review test certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation.

- Work closely with Production, Planning, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 58 years of experience in Quality Management within GI Wire, galvanizing, or metal manufacturing industries.

- Robust knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and process control.

- Experience with ISO 9001, quality audits, and customer inspections.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting.
