Role & responsibilities

1. Act as the primary coordination point between Integra Ventures and client hospitals for NABH accreditation initiatives.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end NABH accreditation and certification process for assigned hospitals.
3. Support hospitals in understanding and implementing applicable NABH standards, policies, protocols, and quality systems.
4. Conduct gap assessments, identify areas of non-compliance, and support corrective and preventive actions.
5. Assist in developing and reviewing hospital policies, SOPs, protocols, manuals, and quality documentation.
6. Track action plans, compliance milestones, and documentation requirements and provide regular progress updates to Integra Ventures.
7. Facilitate training and awareness sessions for hospital staff on NABH standards and quality improvement practices.





Candidate Profile Qualification: Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration

Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in NABH accreditation, hospital quality management, healthcare consulting.

-Robust understanding of NABH standards and hospital quality systems.

-Excellent coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet timelines.

-Willingness to travel to client hospitals as required.
