Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines involving automated testing.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
