We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in expanding the IT staffing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Understand client hiring requirements and introduce IT staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to closure.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales/B2B Sales within IT Staffing or Recruitment.
- Good understanding of Contract Staffing (C2H), Permanent Staffing, and IT hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong lead generation and client engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in domestic IT staffing is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
