Location: Kannur, Kerala

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (4–7 years’ experience) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Tender and quotation analysis
- Cost monitoring and variation management
- Coordination with Design, Architecture, Structural & MEP consultants
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and design coordination

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in residential projects
- Solid knowledge of QS, estimation, BOQs, and MS Excel

- * Exposure to design coordination will be an added advantage
