About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance & Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ensuring full compliance with ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 Execution Class 3 (EXC3) standards across heavy structural fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Standards Compliance: Ensure all workshop and site activities comply with ISO 3834-2, EN 1090 EXC3, and project-specific technical specifications.
- Welding & Fabrication QA/QC: Review and maintain WPS, WPQR, and pWPS documentation. Coordinate visual welding inspections and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with certified personnel.
- IMS Maintenance & Auditing: Assist in internal and third-party audits
- Traceability & Documentation: Prepare and compile comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP) and Final Inspection
- Material Integrity:



Verify material test certificates and maintain full traceability from raw steel receipt to final coating and despatch.
- CAPA & Continuous Improvement: Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions across fabrication departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5+ years of quality engineering experience in heavy structural steel, or high-integrity welded fabrications.
- Standard Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of EN 1090-2 (EXC3), ISO 3834-2, and ISO 9001.
- Education / Certification:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Quality Assurance.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with NDT methods (VT, UT, MT, PT).

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
