Role & responsibilities :-

1. Establish and implement quality standards.

2. Monitor workflows, processes, and products.

3. Create and maintain quality documentation.

4. Work with operations managers to improve workflow and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

5. Review systems and processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.

6. Inspect and test processes and products to ensure they meet standards.

7. Analyze manufacturing data and prepare reports.

8. Coordinate Third Party Inspections (TPIs) with vendors and clients.

9. Record final inspection details.

10. Prepare calibration plan and maintain records.

11. Handover material to dispatch after quality clearance.

12. Approve setup of all current parts/production.

13. Suggest and implement in-process improvements for kitchen production when required.

14. Suggest and implement in-process improvements for tank production.

15. Prepare liner production data at month end.
