We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Quality Engineer to oversee site activities for construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors for ensuring that all civil works in projects meet approved quality standards, technical specifications, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Job Skills

- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct material inspections and testing for concrete, soil, steel, and other construction materials.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, checklists and test records
- Conducting the preparation of all the grades of concrete (PCC & RCC) mix designs for normal exposure conditions and sever exposure conditions (As per latest IS code)
- All tests of cement (normal consistency, initial & final setting time, fineness, specific gravity & soundness) conducting in the laboratory. (As per IS Code)
- Conducting all tests for Fine and Coarse aggregates. (As per “IS: 383-2016, 2386 – 1963”).
- Concrete Testing & Reporting for Quality In-Charge (Slump Test:IS-1199, Flow Test: IS-5512, Cube Test:IS-516, V-funnel test, L-Box test)




- All Physical test of AAC block & Block jointing mortar are conduct in the laboratory.
- Quality all material testing weekly & monthly submit for client.
- Responsible to Quality document maintains as per QAP.
- Making Pour card, RFI, Check list & Check as per Drawing before Casting.
- Preparing and maintaining quality assurance/quality control documents and monitoring the implementation of the same.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.TECH / B.E. in civil or Diploma
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, with exposure to construction industry.
- Knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of civil materials.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
