Department: Quality Control

Qualification:

- B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or equivalent

Experience:

- Fresher to 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct routine laboratory testing and maintain accurate test records.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify non-conforming materials/products and report deviations.
- Maintain QC documentation, reports, and calibration records.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments for quality improvements.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and housekeeping guidelines.





Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and testing techniques.
- Understanding of laboratory equipment and quality documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
