- Monitor fabric quality during the weaving process.

- Inspect fabric for defects such as broken ends, missing picks, oil stains, holes, floats, slubs, and reed marks.

- Ensure looms are producing fabric as per quality standards.

- Record defects and prepare quality inspection reports.

- Coordinate with the Weaving Supervisor and Maintenance team to resolve quality issues.

- Ensure finished fabric meets customer and company quality specifications.

- Support continuous quality improvement and reduce fabric rejection.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or a related field.

Experience

- 1–5 Years in Weaving Quality Control.
