Role Description The Facilitator role at SoulAce is a part time, on-site position based in Bharuch. The Facilitator will lead and coordinate CSR-related sessions, workshops, and community meetings,



ensuring that program objectives are clearly communicated and understood by participants. Responsibilities include planning and organizing activities, engaging with local stakeholders, documenting session outcomes, and providing feedback to the project management team. The Facilitator will support data collection and basic reporting to help measure program effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements. This role involves close collaboration with community members, NGOs, and corporate representatives to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.
