Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native applications using Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and modern cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in system design, NoSQL databases, search technologies, distributed systems, and a passion for mentoring engineers while driving innovation in AI/LLM-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Design and manage NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), OpenSearch, and Graph DB solutions.
Build high-performance, cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.




Mentor engineers, drive code quality, and contribute to technical architecture.
Solve complex scalability and performance challenges.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of backend/API development experience.
Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, REST APIs, NoSQL databases, and search technologies.
Knowledge of API frameworks, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and system design.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI/LLM-based applications.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
Experience working in distributed/global teams.
