About the Team:
The AI Solutions Org is a current, high-velocity engineering unit at Flipkart with a singular mission: to
accelerate AI adoption across the entire company. Will operate as a "SWAT team" for AI - building




end-to-end solutions for business functions that lack engineering bandwidth, while also partnering with the core Data Science team to optimize and scale state-of-the-art models (FK LLMs, Open Source, Commercial).

About the role:
The "AI-Native" DNA
This is not a traditional software engineering role. We believe the future of coding is AI-assisted. You are expected to be an AI-Native Engineer:
● You don't just write code; you orchestrate it. You leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor,
and LLMs to write code, generate test cases, debug, and perform RCAs at 10x speed.
● You are Full-Stack + AI. You are comfortable setting up a backend API, building a quick UI, and
engineering a complex RAG pipeline in the same sprint.

You are responsible for:
● Focus: Architecture, Strategy & Complex Solutions
