Role Description
Lead assurance engagements by finalizing audits, standardizing methodologies,



and managing client relationships across diverse industries. Responsible for maintaining client-wise margins, developing and mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Actively contribute to business development through client meetings, proposal preparation, and pitch presentations. Provide operational support to senior leadership in areas such as MIS, MRM, IT, Admin, and HR coordination.

1.Audit Finalization & Quality Assurance
Independently finalize statutory audits and reviews, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent application of audit methodologies and standards across engagements. To work closely with SSC (Audit shared service center) for bringing efficiency in routine audit tasks, 100% Adherence to Audit documentation on digital tools (CCH), To support in effective closure of cold file and hot file reviews, To work closely with quality teams for Audit quality initiatives, To participa
